Using iDocs you can organise your files by creating folders, moving files, renaming files, etc. iDocs also allows basic operations such as printing and opening in another app.
The built-in download manager lets you download files directly from a web-browser, so you can fill iDocs without even leaving the app.
You can add your files as e-mail attachments, you can exchange files using iTunes file sharing and you can open files in iDocs using the "Open in..." menu found in many apps including Mail and Safari.
