Description:Have a customer locked out of their safe because their combination is no longer working? Dialnostics is your convenient tool to automate some of the standard dialing diagnostic techniques.
Simply enter in the supposed combination and tap Calculate. Dialnostics will output the possible new combinations depending on the issue with the lock. Combinations are ordered in such a way to minimize dialing.
Mark "tried" combinations by simply tapping on the combination you wish to mark to toggle the status.
User Error: All combinations on the User Error page correspond to whether the user has the correct numbers but wrong order, or the user accidentally tried changing the combination and used the operating index at least once. The index output has the option to offset the operating index by an increment of 8 or 10.
Loose Ring: The combination may not be working due to the dial ring shifting causing the numbers to offset.
Stuck Fly: All combinations on this page involve a stuck fly on one of the wheels.
Loose Spline: This page will give the output combinations for when a spline key is loose. The output is more precise than simply "over-dialing".
Use the Reset button to erase any lingering data off your iDevice. This is useful for concerned customers as you can show the customer that their combination was erased.
