1) Fixes for iOS 7.  Toolbar icons now appear correctly on iPhones.
2) Support for taller screens on the iPhone 5/5S/5C.
3) Fix for Arizona daylight savings time problem.  Now, the app never switches to DST if you are located in Arizona.
4) Fixed some memory leaks.
